New Well Installation Guarantee
Every new residential well we drill carries a 5-year guarantee on our workmanship. If the casing, grouting, or installation work fails within 5 years, we return and make it right at no charge to you.

5-year guarantee on all workmanship — casing installation, grouting, well seal, and surface completion. Excludes equipment wear and naturally-occurring geological changes.

The Austin Drilling Standard
Honest Diagnosis
We tell you what's actually wrong — not what generates the most revenue. If your pump only needs a capacitor, we're not going to recommend a full replacement. If your water quality is fine, we won't sell you a treatment system you don't need.
Price Before Work Starts
You get a firm, written price before we touch anything. No discovering the final bill is different from the estimate. No surprise add-ons after the job is done. What we quote is what you pay.
Licensed Work, Proper Permits
All work performed by SC licensed drillers, pump installers, and septic contractors. We pull required DHEC permits, submit completion reports, and provide you with documentation for your records and real estate transactions.
The Right Fix — Not a Patch
We address root causes, not symptoms. A pump that's failing gets properly replaced and sized for your well. A water quality problem gets properly diagnosed and treated. We're not in the business of temporary fixes that bring you back in six months.
What's Not Covered
Our guarantees cover workmanship — how we installed or repaired it. They do not cover:
- Normal equipment wear and end-of-life failure (a pump that was 12 years old when we installed it and lasts another 3 years)
- Naturally-occurring geological changes (water table fluctuations, changes in aquifer yield)
- Damage caused by third parties, lightning strikes, or power surges
- Problems resulting from system modifications by others after our work
- Consumable components — UV bulbs, filter cartridges, water softener salt
